About Us
A little background as to how and why 2 B Remembered was started. Cindy my good friend of over 15 years and partner is this venture came up with the idea to make Memory Quilts when she lost her son Brandon in a terrible apartment fire. Brandon was a very artistic individual and Cindy thought taking up quilting would be a good way to honor Brandon's memory and creativity. Cindy and I had lost touch over the years. Later after I had lost my 20 yr. old niece in a drunk driving accident we bumped back into each other. She told me about her new project and we shared our grief and I also thought it was a great way to preserve the creativity and memory of our two lost angels. So I took on the task of building this website and working on the images for the quilts. Cindy and I both hope that in some small way our creativity and talents can bring smiles to the faces of anyone who has suffered a loss or wishes to remember an occassion or event in their own lives.
